The Forgotten Bakery: our bagels and Empanadas are crafted from almost forgotten family recipes passed down through generations.

Baked fresh daily, making sure they are always the best!

Local: we take pride in offering locally roasted, organic coffee, considered among the finest in Sacramento.

Our bagels: beer fermented over night, hand rolled, honey boiled and baked. Pair with our schmear or make it into a sandwich for a perfect combo.
